In this delightful addition to the Color by Note series, students identify notes and intervals, and add missing notes to the Monster music, involving an understanding of note location on the staff, rhythm values, and stem directions. Titles help the students interpret the pieces, and the student adds the necessary dynamics.

Color By Note是一系列的認音著色教材，可以根據孩子的程度挑選不同的著色圖案挑戰。但若只有單純把Do 塗上紅色、Re 塗上綠色，這樣我應該也不想介紹，因為太無趣了。

會讓孩子愛不釋手的原因是 ~

1. 解開圖案的成就感：顏色是「音符密碼」，在每個黑白線條的圖畫中，一開始你無法知道這個圖案是什麼，唯有透過「音符密碼」逐步著色，你才能看出來這是什麼圖案。

2. 看譜原來很簡單的自信感：

除此之外，在教材中會搭配一些簡單的曲子，而曲子有可能是先前塗色的那幾顆音所組成，因此在塗色完畢之後，立刻進行視譜大挑戰，通常孩子都能彈出來，這時候老師一定要在一旁鼓勵：「你看~塗完顏色就會看譜了，是不是很棒呢!」(自信心瞬間爆棚)

3. 音樂好好玩的趣味感：除了著色，也會有一些樂理相關的遊戲，例如：

•  看樂譜，猜/拆禮物
