Composed in 1886, Le Carnaval des animaux (The Carnival of the Animals) is one of Camille Saint-Saëns’ most famous and enduring works. Although the suite was kept private during the composer’s lifetime, it is now celebrated worldwide, particularly the beloved movement The Swan.
